App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.
Updates and Modifications
We may update or modify the App and these Terms from time to time. Updates to the App will be distributed through the Apple App Store. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
