Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Invoice Maker mobile application (the "App") operated by Invoice Maker ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Invoice Maker is a privacy-focused mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and export professional invoices entirely on their device. The App operates completely offline and includes features such as:

• Invoice creation and customization
• Client information management (stored locally only)
• Business information and logo storage (local only)
• PDF generation and sharing
• Invoice templates and customization

Privacy First: No data is collected, transmitted, or stored on external servers. Everything stays on your device.

No User Accounts

Invoice Maker does not require or offer user accounts, registration, or login functionality. The app operates entirely without any user authentication or external connections. All features are available immediately upon installation without any setup or personal information requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Use the App to spam or harass others

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invoice Maker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App, including invoices and business information.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• Your content complies with applicable laws

Data and Privacy

Invoice Maker is built with privacy as a core principle. We want to be completely transparent about our data practices:

• No Data Collection: We do not collect any personal information or usage data related to app functionality
• Local Storage Only: All your invoices and business information stay on your device
• Offline Operation: Core app features work completely offline
• Minimal External Services: Only payment processing uses third-party services
• Complete Privacy: Your business information and client data remain entirely private

Payment Processing Exception: When you make purchases, payment processors (Apple App Store, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) may collect transaction information necessary for payment processing. This data is handled according to their respective privacy policies.

Local Data Management

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You are responsible for backing up important invoices by exporting them as PDFs
• Data will be lost if you delete the app or reset your device
• We cannot recover lost data as we don't have access to it
• You have complete control over your data at all times

Pricing and Payments

Invoice Maker may be offered as a paid app or include premium features available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment terms include:

App Store Purchases

• In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• All App Store transactions follow Apple's payment terms and refund policies
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your App Store account settings
• Contact Apple for billing questions related to App Store purchases

Direct Purchases

• We may offer direct purchases through secure third-party payment processors
• Payment processing is handled by trusted services such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar providers
• Your payment information is processed securely and not stored by us
• Refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions provide access to premium features
• Billing cycles and pricing are clearly displayed before purchase
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your account or payment provider
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Since the app operates offline with local storage only, you are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoice Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any issues related to third-party payment processing, including payment failures, billing disputes, or refund processing delays.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invoice Maker from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Termination

Since Invoice Maker does not use user accounts or collect any data, there are no accounts to terminate. You may stop using the app at any time by simply deleting it from your device.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or remove it from app stores, but this will not affect your ability to continue using a downloaded version.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability
